Toys for Babies and Children
Baby and children's toys
Choosing the right toy isn't just a matter of taste — it's a developmental decision. Every age group has specific needs, and the right toys can make a huge difference in your child's early years.
Toys by age group
0 to 6 months — sensory stimulation
In the first few months, a baby responds to color contrasts, soft sounds, and textures. The Sensory toys and teethers are the most recommended — such as activity cubes, rattles, and teethers made of FSC® wood or BPA-free silicone.6 to 12 months — mobility and fitting.
With the evolution of the pincer grasp and the onset of crawling, the Stacking and building toys become essential. Silicone towers, matryoshkas, and stacking cups develop coordination and persistence.
1-2 years — exploration and pretend play
The child begins to imitate the adult world. The wooden toys are the favorites in this stage — tea sets, shape sorter boxes, and pull toys encourage movement and imagination.
2 to 4 years — reasoning and creativity
The Educational puzzles and games enter strongly in this phase, as well as the first materials of Art and creativity — magnetic picture frames, washable crayons, and drawing pads.
All Baby Kangaroo toys comply with the European standard EN 71 for toy safety and are manufactured by trusted European brands. We work exclusively with tested materials – FSC® wood, food-grade silicone, and organic cotton.
