Delivery zones
Currently, we ship to Mainland Portugal e Islands — Azores and Madeira. We can also analyze shipping requests to other European Union countries, subject to prior consultation and confirmation of costs, timelines, and logistical feasibility.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process, before the final order confirmation. Whenever applicable, the shipping amount will be calculated according to the delivery address, weight, volume, and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times
Delivery times begin counting after payment confirmation and order preparation. During high-volume periods, such as promotional campaigns, Black Friday, Christmas, or holiday seasons, delivery times may be subject to change.

The indicated deadlines are estimates. We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly, but delays may occur for reasons beyond Baby Kangaroo's control, such as carrier constraints, incomplete addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, strikes, local holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
Custom products
Some custom products require prior approval before production. After you approve the customization, a preparation time of 1 to 3 business days is usually added, which is then added to the shipping time. If you need a custom product by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before completing your purchase to confirm feasibility.
Delivery address
When finishing your order, carefully confirm the delivery address, postal code, locality, phone number, and email. This information is essential to ensure the shipping company can deliver the order without delays.
If you detect any errors in the address after confirming your order, please contact us as soon as possible via geral@babykangaroo.pt. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address with the carrier.
Delivery attempts and returned packages
If the shipping company cannot deliver the package, they may attempt delivery again, leave a pickup notice, or return the package to Baby Kangaroo, depending on the shipping company's rules and the delivery area.
When an order is returned due to incorrect address, repeated absence of the recipient, refusal of receipt, or failure to pick up within the deadline, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. In these cases, reshipment costs may be your responsibility.
Damaged or incomplete order
When you receive the package, check the exterior condition of the packaging. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend that, whenever possible, you make a note with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
If, upon opening the package, you find any product damaged, incorrect, or missing, please send us an email to geral@babykangaroo.pt with the order number, description of the situation, and photographs of the packaging and the product. We will analyze the case and indicate the next steps.
